Some background

My Experience

Having graduated with advanced degrees in Psychology, I have been studying and working with the psychology of individuals and teams for almost 30 years. Previously, as a senior global HR leader in several multinational companies; now I run Mind Works whilst undertaking PhD research into the use of coaching as a treatment for mild (non-clinical) depression.

For over twenty years, I have been advising and coaching senior leaders (CEOs, CFOs, and other C-Suite Executives) from Fortune 50 and FTSE 100 businesses, as well as training and mentoring managers and future talent.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society (including the division of Coaching Psychologists) (MBPSS). I am also a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Our Commitment to You

Integrity First

We act with honesty, transparency, and consistency in every engagement.

At Mind Works, we prioritise clarity and openness. Whether we’re supporting an executive in personal change or advising on organisation-wide transformation, we provide evidence-based guidance, explain our approach, and stay accountable for our recommendations.

There are no hidden agendas — just clear, ethical partnership governed by the BPS Code of Ethics and Conduct and Practice Guidelines.

Evidence-Informed Practice

We integrate behavioural science and coaching psychology responsibly.

Our methods are grounded in research, not trends. We combine established psychological frameworks with practical insights drawn from organisational contexts. Every intervention is designed thoughtfully, avoiding pathologising individuals while ensuring we remain within ethical, non-clinical boundaries.

Impactful

We focus on creating change that lasts.

At Mind Works, we don’t believe in surface-level fixes; we aim to deliver outcomes that are meaningful and measurable. We combine behavioural science, coaching psychology, and practical business insight to create results that sustain — not just quick wins.

Insightful

We help you see what others might miss.

Change often starts with clarity. We bring a sharp, evidence-informed lens to complex challenges, spotting the patterns, behaviours, and unseen dynamics that hold people and organisations back. By combining data-driven insight with deep psychological understanding, we make sense of complexity and turn it into actionable strategies.

Committed

Your goals are at the heart of everything we do.

Every partnership begins with understanding. We take the time to listen, to learn your context, and to co-create solutions that reflect your needs — not a one-size-fits-all model. Our commitment is to walk alongside you, supporting you with integrity, confidentiality, and care as you achieve meaningful personal and organisational change.
