In a market crowded with business psychology firms in one corner, traditional HR and training consultancies in another and coaching suppliers in a third, we work in the space most providers never reach.......
This isn’t recycled HR methodology based on 1940s frameworks, e.g. Maslow. It isn’t psychology theorised by someone who has never held accountability for a business unit. This isn't coaching from an ex-senior leader who primarily supports with common sense ideas and their own experiences.
This is contemporary research and evidence-based practice, delivered by practitioners who are qualified psychologists, ex-HRD and/or VP level leaders in global Fortune 50 Organisations and chartered CIPD members. In other words, everything we do is shaped by current leading thinking AND has been shaped, tested, and refined in real organisations under real pressure.
We understand environments current leaders navigate, where good information is patchy, expectations are relentless, and people are carrying far more than they say out loud. That’s not an abstract concept for us; it’s the world we've operated in across Europe, the US, and Asia for more than 30 years.
Due to the wide range of disciplines we draw from in our integrated practice we work to the professional standards of the British Psychological Society, European Mentoring and Coaching the Council, British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. In practice, that means holding ourselves to the ethical, developmental and supervisory expectations of each body, not as a badge, but as how we operate day-to-day.
Our ultimate purpose is to provide psychological and commercial insight for leaders navigating complex, high-stakes, technically demanding environments.
