Maybe you find yourself looking for support and caught between two options. Traditional coaching at one end, which focuses on practical solutions but avoids the thinking and emotions that shape us and our behaviour. Maybe your considering therapeutic counselling which offers clinical solutions to people who are psychologically unwell. If you’re coping, but you know you could feel clearer, calmer, or more yourself with the right help, perhaps neither of these feel right for you.

We offer evidence-based, psychologically informed coaching designed for individuals who want honest, skilled support with the emotional and practical challenges of everyday life. I am a trained British Psychological Society psychologist, qualified coach, and student BACP counsellor. I bring years of real-world experience working with people in a variety of challenging and emotional contexts. Working with me means you get someone who understands both the human side of change and has a forward looking orientation - you need to move forward, not reprocess the past.
Our work blends ideas from coaching psychology, counselling, behavioural science, and wellbeing research. Because of this, I'm accredited by leading professional bodies including the British Psychological Society (BPS), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). You can feel confident you’re working with someone qualified, ethical, and grounded in current thinking.
